Requires credentials:manage from an authorized human sign-in. Grants an explicit subset of the issuer’s capabilities in one project/environment with a fixed expiry. Save the returned token directly in your CI secret store. Exact replay can recover it only within its protected acknowledgement window; after that, inspect/revoke the retained credential before deliberately issuing a replacement.
